Location: Taloja MIDC
12 Hours Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Assist forge operators in setting up and operating forging hammers, presses, and dies.
Load and unload metal workpieces onto machinery for processing.
Heat raw materials using furnaces and handle hot metal using appropriate tools (tongs, gloves, etc.).
Apply lubricants or coolants on dies and forged materials as required.
Clean forged components and inspect for basic surface defects.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the forging area.
Remove and dispose of scrap materials and debris.
Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
Support other shop-floor activities as needed.
Experience: 0–2 years in a similar industrial or forging role preferred.
Education: Minimum 8th or 10th pass (depending on company standards).
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
Comfortable working in hot, noisy, and physically demanding environments.
Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
