We are hiring a physically fit and hardworking Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) / Helper for GURU DAKSHINA CONSULTANCY in Bikaner, Sadul TCP Gate. This role involves assisting contractors, handling light machinery/tools, and strictly following all safety regulations on site. A strong work ethic and keen attention to detail are essential. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods/materials safely.

• Maintain office and surrounding area cleanliness.

• Perform gate security duty and manage visitor entry.

• Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled workers when required.

• Follow supervisors’ instructions and carry out other helper tasks as assigned.

• Attend on-the-job training sessions and keep the site tidy.

• Work schedule: 8-hour shifts, 26 days per month with 4 paid leaves.

Job Requirements

• Minimum age 18 years with 10th/12th Pass qualification.

• Prior experience in material handling, general labour, or site assistance preferred.

• Physically fit to perform manual work in all weather conditions.

• Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious with a strong work ethic.
