Job Summary:

The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site. The role ensures that work is carried out safely, as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, within the given timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all on-site civil works such as excavation, concreting, shuttering, masonry, plastering, finishing, etc.

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers for smooth project execution.

• Monitor manpower allocation and ensure productivity.

• Inspect and verify materials delivered to the site for compliance with quality standards.

• Maintain records of daily progress, labor attendance, and site activities.

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and report any incidents/violations immediately.

• Assist in preparing and submitting progress reports to management.

• Support in resolving technical/site-related issues.

• Liaise with subcontractors/vendors for timely completion of works.
