We are looking for an Technical Supervisor to join our team [••Bhagat Engineering Works••]. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹18000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution:

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems at the site.

• Plan and organize daily tasks and site activities for smooth execution.

• Ensure all work is performed as per drawings, technical specifications, and safety norms.

• Troubleshoot and resolve site-level electrical and operational issues. Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Workers for task execution. • Act as a bridge between on-site teams and management, ensuring smooth communication. • Immediately report any site changes, client instructions, or concerns to the Project Manager.

• Update project WhatsApp group daily with progress, updates, or any issues. Material & Resource Management:

• Maintain daily records of material received, used, and remaining using field books and Excel.

• Ensure safe delivery, storage, and tracking of materials at the site.

• Acknowledge and confirm receipt of materials dispatched from the warehouse in the WhatsApp group.

• Take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to materials – recovery will be applicable. • Obtain prior approval before ordering any additional materials.

• Share account details of concerned vendors/labourers in the group for payment processing. Quality & Safety:

• Implement quality checkpoints and conduct inspections to ensure work meets standards.

• Maintain proper documentation of measurements, testing, and inspection reports.

• Submit soft copies of important documents via WhatsApp and hard copies to the office within 48 hours.

• Conduct on-the-job training to site workers for safety protocols and standard procedures. Reporting & Documentation:

• Submit daily work summaries and provide accurate daily measurements of completed work.

• Get signed verification of measurement sheets and share with the management.

• Prepare and submit summary reports after completion of key milestones.

• Handover materials to concerned authorities (e.g., Railways) with signed challans.

Other Duties:

• Address and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with management.

• Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by seniors.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in electrical site supervision, preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety practices, and quality standards.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, basic AutoCAD reading, and site documentation.

• Excellent coordination, leadership, and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently, handle field challenges, and communicate effectively.

Work Conditions:

• Must be willing to work on remote project sites and travel as required.

• Requires physical presence at construction sites with outdoor exposure.

• Working hours may vary depending on project timelines and urgency.

Salary: Up to 17K CTC + Lodging
