Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.).
Set up and manage wired and wireless LAN connections.
Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
Monitor and manage IP addresses and DHCP/DNS servers.
Provide technical support to users via phone, remote access, or on-site.
Ensure regular data backup and recovery systems are in place.
Perform routine system updates, patching, and antivirus checks.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs.
Ensure IT infrastructure complies with security and company policies.
