Registered Pharmacist
Location: Kammanahalli, Bangalore (Hybrid)
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Salary Range: 20 - 35K (1 year contract, depending on qualifications and experience)
Notice Period: Preferably Immediate
Working Shifts: 5 days / Normal Hours•
• Extra hours may be required during peak business phases
Mandatory Requirements: B. Pharm degree from accredited institution, valid Karnataka Pharmacy Registration, working knowledge of pharmaceutical approaches to women’s health and fertility
Preferred (non-mandatory) Qualifications and Experience: Warehouse or wholesale pharmaceutical stock management, IVD Quality Assurance, advanced Pharmacy degrees (M. Pharm or Pharm. D), retail pharmacy sales and/or management, clinical studies and research, regulatory submissions and documentation, working knowledge of fertility products and/or homecare medical devices
Summary:
As a pharmicist in our diagnostic company, you will have primary responsibility for overseeing our warehouse operations related to receiving, storing, QA testing and distributing IVD diagnostics, fertility products and homecare medical devices.
Responsibilities
Oversee the receipt, inspection, QA testing and storage of company’s current and future lines of IVD diagnostic tests, fertility products and homecare medical devices.
Ensure accurate inventory management, record keeping and proper labelling.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics and quality control teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper rotation of stock.
Work closely with shipping and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines and demand surges during special campaigns.
Evaluate all products returned for quality reasons and support Customer Service team for verification for product refunds.
Support clinical team in patient counselling, data handling and clinical research for medical camps, clinical studies and trials.
Address any discrepancies promptly to maintain product integrity.
Enforce safety standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and national and state-level drug/device warehousing regulations.
Conduct regular safety and quality audits and address any issues promptly.
Manage retail sales of company’s products at company customer experience centre
Support management in submitting regulatory dossier for new product registrations
