About the Role:

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Phlebotomists to join our dynamic sales team.

This role involves daily on-field blood collection from patients across designated locations,

ensuring timely and high-quality sample collection services. If you have a passion for

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct daily field visits to collect blood samples from patients at their homes or

specified locations.

● Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.

● Maintain hygiene and follow safety protocols during sample collection.

● Build positive relationships with patients, ensuring excellent customer service.

● Coordinate with the sales and operations team to manage schedules and logistics

efficiently.

● Keep records of collections, payments, and feedback from patients.

● Support promotional activities and events when required.

Requirements:

● Qualification: Diploma/Certification in Phlebotomy or a related field.

● Experience: 1+ years of experience in blood sample collection preferred.

● Ability to travel across the designated area daily.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Knowledge of proper sample collection techniques and safety protocols.
