We are seeking a skilled and reliable Home Collection Phlebotomist to join our diagnostic team. The role involves visiting patients at their homes or offices to collect blood and other samples safely and efficiently, ensuring a high level of professionalism and patient care.
Collect blood, urine, and other specimens from patients at home or specified locations.
Verify patient details and ensure proper sample labeling and documentation.
Handle samples as per standard safety and hygiene protocols.
Ensure timely delivery of collected samples to the laboratory.
Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver courteous, compassionate service.
Manage sample collection schedules and routes efficiently.
Adhere to infection control and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
Report any collection or patient-related issues to the supervisor promptly.
Diploma / Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology or Phlebotomy.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sample collection (home collection experience preferred).
Valid two-wheeler license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers or mobile applications for data entry.
Attention to detail and ability to handle patients with care and empathy.
