We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Home Collection Phlebotomist to visit patients at their homes and collect blood and other specimens safely and accurately. The role requires excellent communication, punctuality, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Visit patients’ homes as per assigned schedules to collect blood and other samples.
Verify patient details and ensure correct labeling of samples.
Follow proper phlebotomy techniques and maintain hygiene and safety protocols.
Store and transport samples securely to the laboratory within required timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation and update collection status in system/app.
Handle patient queries politely and ensure a comfortable sample collection experience.
Manage consumables and ensure all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
Education: DMLT / CMLT / BMLT or relevant certification in phlebotomy.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in blood collection (home collection preferred).
Good knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and safety guidelines.
Ability to travel locally; must have two-wheeler and valid driving license (if applicable).
Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work independently with high accuracy and responsibility.
