We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our hospitals ICU & Pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications, especially in critical care situations. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately as per ICU doctors' prescriptions.

• Review prescriptions for correctness, dosage, and potential interactions.

• Coordinate with ICU staff to ensure timely delivery of life-saving drugs.

• Counsel patients and/or caretakers on medication use when required.

• Maintain and monitor pharmacy inventory, including emergency and high-alert drugs.

• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and pharmacy regulations.

• Manage drug storage conditions, expiry dates, and documentation.

• Support in handling audits, licensing requirements, and regulatory checks.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm).

• Valid Pharmacy Registration Certificate.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in a hospital or ICU pharmacy setting.

• Sound knowledge of critical care drugs and emergency protocols.

• Good communication skills and a patient-first approach.

• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced ICU environments.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with hospital pharmacy software.

• Experience in critical care or emergency medication handling.
