• Ensure availability of essential medicines and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.

• Receive, store, and organize pharmaceutical stock in line with standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant pharmacy environment.

• Monitor and comply with drug laws and guidelines issued by the Pharmacy Council and local authorities.

• Assist in sales promotion and provide information about new or alternative products.

• Train and supervise pharmacy support staff or interns as needed.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Participate in audits, quality checks, and continuous improvement of pharmacy operations.
