Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves working primarily with children experiencing challenges in speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders

• Create and implement Individualized Therapy Plans (ITPs)

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions

• Maintain accurate session records and progress reports

• Collaborate with occupational therapists, special educators, and psychologists

• Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s progress

• Attend team meetings, workshops, and internal training sessions

Requirements :

• BASLP or MASLP from a recognized institute

• RCI Registration (CRR number) – preferred

• Proficiency in English; Telugu or Hindi is a bonus

• Compassionate, ethical, and eager to learn

• Freshers with solid internship experience are encouraged to apply
