Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry standards.

• Ensure timely and accurate analysis of raw material samples using laboratory equipment (e.g., moisture analyzer, spectrophotometer, pH meter, etc.).

• Maintain detailed records of test results, observations, and any deviations.

• Report non-conforming raw materials to the Quality Head/Production Supervisor.

• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments regularly.

• Ensure all lab activities are performed in compliance with safety and quality norms.

• Support internal audits and assist with external inspections, if required.

• Coordinate with the procurement and production teams regarding raw material quality issues.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to raw material quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related science field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in testing raw materials in a manufacturing environment.

• Good knowledge of quality control procedures and chemical testing methods.

• Familiarity with lab safety practices and documentation.

• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
