Job Title: - Food Microbiology
Experience: - 1 yr.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct routine physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.
Ensure implementation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.
Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
Investigate product quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Perform internal audits and assist in external audits from clients or regulatory bodies.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and measuring tools.
Train and educate staff on quality procedures and food safety practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
· 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing QA/QC role.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with laboratory testing and analysis.
