Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and technically proficient individuals to join our team as Technical Support Executives. This role involves providing first level technical assistance, resolving hardware/software/network issues, and ensuring timely support delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong technical basics, effective communication, and a customer first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access tools.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and basic network issues.

• Log and manage support tickets; ensure timely resolution within SLA.

• Coordinate with development and QA teams for escalated issues.

• Maintain accurate records of technical issues and their resolutions.

• Guide users through solutions and offer technical guidance when needed.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely followups.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in a technical/customer support role.

• Good knowledge of operating systems, basic networking, and software installations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA or diploma in Computer Science / IT.

• Basic certifications in hardware, networking, or system support are a plus.

• Prior experience in a tech support or helpdesk environment is desirable.
