Job Description:
Design, configure, and maintain Windows and/or servers (physical and virtual).
Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange/O365.
Manage virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise systems.
Monitor systems and networks for performance and security issues.
Perform system backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
Implement and maintain endpoint protection, firewalls, and other security tools.
Administer cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Automate routine tasks using scripts (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
Provide tier-3 support for escalated technical issues.
Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Guide and mentor junior system administrators and support staff.
Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
