Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and responsible System Administrator & Admin Executive to oversee IT infrastructure and support daily office administration operations. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of technical systems, communication tools, and administrative coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, laptops, printers, routers, CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT assets.

• Handle network monitoring, internet connectivity, system performance, backup management, antivirus, and security controls.

• Manage company emails (Outlook/Gmail/domain) and provide system support to employees.

• Maintain IT inventory, accessories, software licenses, and coordinate procurement with vendors.

• Manage CCTV recordings, access control, and ensure proper functioning of surveillance devices.

• Assist with administrative operations including documentation, filing, data entry, MIS updating, and record maintenance.

• Support HR during new joiner onboarding (system setup, email creation, access setup).

• Assist management with daily operational tasks, meeting setups, and preparing required reports.

• Maintain and update lead sheets, internal tracking sheets, and basic office-related purchases.

• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and support site office IT setup when required.

• Support digital marketing and CRM teams with basic system integration and technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of hardware & networking, LAN/WAN, routers, CCTV, printers.

• Basic knowledge of system security, server fundamentals, and data backup management.

• Ability to multitask, manage time, and coordinate with internal teams professionally.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Basic MS Office (Excel, Word) and admin-related reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, Hardware & Networking will be an added advantage.
