1. System Management
Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux physical and virtual servers.
Manage IT asset inventory and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
Perform regular patching, updates, and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and switches.
Monitor system security using antivirus, IDS/IPS, and firewall tools.
Implement access controls and ensure compliance with ISO, GDPR, and other security standards.
Provide Level 2/3 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding including account provisioning and access rights.
Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies.
Perform periodic backup verification and disaster recovery drills.
Document and maintain business continuity plans.
Maintain system configuration documentation, SOPs, and IT policies.
Generate reports on system performance, incidents, patch status, and security compliance.
Manage and guide junior IT engineers.
Delegate tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure team performance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for IT operations and escalations.
Manage Microsoft 365 admin center, user accounts, security settings, and email policies.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls (Fortigate, SonicWall, Sophos, etc.).
Implement and monitor firewall rules, VPN, and security compliance.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux administration
Firewall management experience (Fortigate/Sophos/SonicWall preferred)
Microsoft 365 administration (users, groups, policies, security)
Network administration (routing, switching, VLANs)
Backup and disaster recovery planning
Troubleshooting L2/L3 support issues
Team management or leadership experience
Understanding of ISO, GDPR, and IT security standards
