Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator Executive to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Perform routine maintenance of IT systems and equipment.

● Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

● Provide timely technical support and assistance to users.

● Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware.

● Conduct OS installations (Windows, Ubuntu, etc.) and system upgrades.

● Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve issues efficiently.

● Maintain and ensure proper inventory tracking of all IT assets.

● Assist in maintaining and managing firewall and network security systems.

● Collaborate with other departments to support their IT requirements. Requirements:

● Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.

● Strong knowledge of Windows and Ubuntu operating systems.

● Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and system installations.

● Familiarity with firewall management and basic network security.

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
