Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure software and hardware (servers, PCs, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, etc.)
Manage network servers and technology tools
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Troubleshoot issues and outages; provide technical support as needed
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
Upgrade systems with new releases and models
Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
Maintain Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
