Job Description -

Manage an effective IT Network & Hardware system. Support Day to Day operation HO, all Dialysis centers & Other sites. Daily check list to be maintain -

1) Servers up/down time.

2) Internet link up time.

3) Mailing service, outlook & Ms Office 365

4) CCTV setup, wiring, configuration, online, offline & Cloud Storage.

5) Network up/down time. - Backups onsite & off site. Backups of applications on weekly basis & support, up and running activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for maintaining the company's IT network, Printers, & security systems

- Responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk.

- Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party after 48 hours.

- Conduct training for new users. Support to the Team member. Follow IT Process & SOP's.

- Keep CCTV working/online. Communication with vendors for IT Purchase.

- Third Party Application Support for Hardware & Networking Technical Installation & Configuration of Router & Switch, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Wireless connection. Network Protocol

– TCP/IP, FTP, POP3, SMTP, IMAP. Knowledge of Windows installation, troubleshoot, settings & Security Policy.

CCTV Camera & DVR installation, Configuration & Maintenance of the devices. Experience 3 to 5 Years
