We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Service Engineer to join our laptop service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops, ensuring excellent customer service and timely repair.
Troubleshoot and repair laptops and desktops (hardware & software issues)
Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and applications
Replace and repair components like RAM, HDD, keyboard, motherboard, screen, etc.
Handle customer service calls and provide on-site support when required
Maintain service logs and report issues to the senior engineer or service manager
Ensure timely completion of assigned tickets and maintain quality standards
ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Sc. in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
0–2 years of experience in computer/laptop service (Freshers with basic knowledge can also apply)
Basic understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
Willingness to learn and grow in the IT hardware servicing domain
Good communication and customer-handling skills
