We are looking for a Service Delivery manager (sale) to join our team at Puthur Infotech Private Limited to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹40000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery Management
Oversee end-to-end service delivery processes and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
Act as the primary escalation point for service issues and resolve them promptly.
Monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
Conduct regular service review meetings with clients.
Understand client requirements and translate them into operational action plans.
Team Management & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and develop service delivery teams for optimal performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, support, logistics) to deliver services efficiently.
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Process Improvement & Compliance
Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and process automation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations.
Identify and mitigate operational risks.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present periodic service delivery reports to senior management and clients.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, incidents, and resolutions.
