Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Perform manual testing such as functional, regression, smoke, usability, and integration testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello, etc.).
Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements and verify fixes.
Ensure software stability across devices and platforms.
Conduct UI/UX checks to ensure seamless user experience.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman (if applicable).
Participate in review meetings and contribute to improving the QA process.
Prepare QA reports, test documentation, and defect summaries.
Assist in creating and updating QA standards and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in software testing or QA roles.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
Experience with test case design and defect reporting.
Knowledge of bug-tracking tools and test management tools.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Experience in automation testing (Selenium, Appium, Playwright, etc.).
Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Basic knowledge of version control tools (Git, GitHub).
Experience in mobile app or game testing (if relevant to your company).
