Project Manager

Job Summary : The Project Manager will meet project objectives by planning, evaluating and managing project activities and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, to scope and to a high quality standard as well as manage relationships with all stakeholders. Should be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the technical teams and assign them the project tasks from the project plan.

· Develop full-scale projects plans and associated documentation.

· Keep track of and document all project changes.

· Review deliverables achieved by the team before handing over to the client.

· Apply company methodology and enforce PMI standards.

· Ensures project documents are complete on time, accurate, and stored appropriately.

· Set and communicate project’s expectations and developments to appropriate stakeholders according to the project communication plan.

· Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

· Proactively manage changes in any project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

· Submit the full Project Status Report weekly to Operations Managers

· Send a monthly (during rough in and trim phase) or weekly Progress Report to client

· Required Credentials, Certifications and Qualifications -

· B.Sc. or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or similar.

· PMP certification would get preference.
