Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Technical Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal teams and end-users, managing day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the organization's hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 and 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond to user queries in a timely and accurate manner via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, internet connectivity, VPNs, and remote access.
Manage user accounts and access control in Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise tools.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Support audio/video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
Maintain IT documentation, including procedures, hardware/software inventories, and troubleshooting guides.
Assist with backup and disaster recovery operations.
Ensure security protocols are followed and escalate potential threats or breaches.
