Job Title: IT Security & Network Support Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented IT Security & Network Support Executive to join our team at Simplifying Skills. The key responsibility will be to ensure that all company laptops and computers are securely configured, allowing only authorized software and preventing unauthorized access or usage. The candidate will also support network monitoring, software configuration, and endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure company laptops to allow only approved software and block all unauthorized applications

Implement and manage endpoint security tools (like antivirus, firewalls, admin access restrictions)

Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data protection protocols

Regularly monitor and maintain network connectivity and security

Assist in troubleshooting system issues and supporting users when needed

Work with the procurement and IT teams to maintain software licensing and inventory

Key Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of system administration and network security

Familiarity with tools like Windows Group Policy, antivirus/firewall software, or MDM (Mobile Device Management) platforms

Understanding of software installation restrictions and permission management

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Security+ (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
