JOB DESCRIPTION – Network Engineer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer who will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company’s dialer systems, routers, and CRM connectivity to ensure smooth operations for the entire team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot dialer systems used by the telecalling team.

• Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, and network devices for stable and secure connectivity.

• Ensure seamless CRM integration, uptime, and performance for all users.

• Diagnose and resolve network issues, downtime, and performance bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system upgrades and issue resolutions.

• Maintain documentation of network configurations, setups, and changes.

• Implement best practices for network security and data protection.

• Provide technical support to staff related to network and CRM access issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.

• Knowledge of dialer setup/management (e.g., VICIdial or similar).

• Strong understanding of routers, switches, LAN/WAN setup, and network protocols.

• Experience handling CRM connectivity, APIs, or system integrations (preferred).

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Qualification in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or relevant field.
