We are looking for a NOC ( Network Operations Centre ) to join our team Activline to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Coordinating with customers for service-related issues, follow-ups, and taking downtime.
Provide Level-1 support troubleshooting to resolve network related issues.
Coordinating with vendors and telco for logging service request and follow ups.
Ability to troubleshoot switching related issues like interface status/diagnose, STP, VLAN, port channel related issues.
Understanding the concepts of MPLS and troubleshooting VSI issues.
Prerequisite:
Very good understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of network connectivity
Knowledge in network operations Centre. Knowledge in router, switches, and GPON devices (Cisco, Huawei).
Ability to check BGP status and basic troubleshoots.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is BE or BTech ( pref E&C or IT ) and Fresher/Experienced. Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN and diagnostic tools is essential.
Note :
Engineers will have to go on field for troubleshooting when required. Since network operation is a 24/7 job, night shifts are included in the roaster.
