We are seeking a motivated and skilled Network Engineer (L1/L2) with additional responsibility as a Service Delivery Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing complex network environments and coordinating service delivery with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Juniper, Palo Alto, and Aruba network infrastructure,Monitoring tool site 24*7.
• Own and manage all L2/L3 level incidents, service requests, and escalations.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configuration changes, and SOPs.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for client communication and service delivery coordination.
• Monitor network performance and ensure proactive capacity planning.
• Generate periodic reports on network health, incident trends, and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs for problem resolution and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• 5–6+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper, Palo Alto, Aruba switching/wireless, and firewalls.
• Proven exposure to monitoring tools and reporting (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.).
• Experience in managing SLAs, KPIs, and customer-facing service delivery.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and interface with client stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work during night shifts during implementations.
