About the Role:

Darsh Digital is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer with a background in ISP operations

to oversee and manage the technical infrastructure of our network. This role involves

ensuring optimal performance, service delivery, network stability, and seamless technical

support for our distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure uptime and stability.

 Handle network troubleshooting, diagnostics, and performance tuning.

 Design and implement network enhancements for capacity planning and scalability.

 Ensure the security and integrity of the network through best practices and proactive

measures.

 Resolve technical issues faced by distributors and coordinate with field teams as

needed.

 Maintain documentation of network architecture, systems, and procedures.

 Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient service

delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Prior experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) at an ISP.

 Deep understanding of network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS.

 Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls).

 Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues.

 Familiarity with network monitoring tools and systems.

 Strong understanding of network security protocols and best practices.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
