We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and support our enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other hardware.

Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and other network and system problems.

Provide support and guidance to internal teams and external vendors.

Maintain network documentation and diagrams.

Ensure network security through proper configuration of firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve network performance and security.
