We are looking for a dedicated and responsible female candidate for the position of Technical Support Executive – Networking, to handle customer complaints and issue-related calls over the phone and provide first-level technical support.
Receive inbound customer complaint/issue calls related to internet/network problems.
Provide basic troubleshooting support over the phone.
Record issues in the complaint management system or ticketing system.
Coordinate with the technical team for on-site or remote support if required.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper call logs and reports.
Handle calls in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly manner.
Escalate unresolved issues to the higher technical team.
