Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a background in B.E. engineering to provide end-to-end support for our smart home automation products. The candidate will be responsible for handling technical issues, system installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance to clients for smart home automation products and services.
• Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshootingof automation devices (IoT, networking, lighting, security, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Guide customers remotely and on-site to ensure smooth product usage.
• Coordinate with the sales and R&D teams for product updates and escalated issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and service reports.
• Provide training and technical guidance to end-users.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• B.E. in Electronics/Electrical/IT or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of networking, IoT devices, and automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical customers.
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel for on-site client support.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of home automation protocols (Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.).
• Experience in smart devices installation (lighting, Switches, Locks, curtain integration).
• Understanding of mobile apps and cloud-based solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary Range: ₹19,000 to ₹23,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
