Job Description – Telecom RF Engineer & FTTH Installation Engineer

About the Roles

Telecom RF Engineer: We are hiring Telecom RF Engineers for installation, commissioning, and alignment of RADWIN & Cambium PTP/PTMP radios for operators like Bharti Airtel, TCL, and Vodafone Idea. This is a field-based role across India.

FTTH Installation Engineer: We are hiring FTTH Installation Engineers to handle fiber optic network deployment including fiber cable laying, splicing, termination, and customer premise installation for leading operators. The role involves field-based work, coordination with project teams, and ensuring service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Telecom RF Engineer:

• Conduct site surveys & RF planning for PTP/PTMP links.

• Install, configure, and align RADWIN / Cambium radios on towers, rooftops, and poles.

• Perform link acceptance tests (LAT/UAT) to ensure network KPIs.

• Troubleshoot RF link issues and maintain site documentation.

• Coordinate with NOC and project teams for smooth deployment.

• Follow safety standards and telecom compliance guidelines.

FTTH Installation Engineer:

• Lay, splice, and terminate fiber optic cables according to network design.

• Install ONTs, OLTs, and distribution network equipment at customer premises.

• Conduct fiber testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure quality of service.

• Maintain proper documentation and as-built records.

• Coordinate with field and project teams for timely completion of deployments.

• Follow safety protocols and telecom compliance standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Telecom RF Engineer:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Telecom, Electrical, or Networking.

• 0–2 years experience in PTP/PTMP wireless network deployment – freshers can apply.

• Hands-on or basic understanding of RADWIN / Cambium radios.

• Knowledge of RF fundamentals, LOS/NLOS, Fresnel clearance, and basic IP networking.

• Willing to travel extensively and work at heights.

• Preferred: OEM certifications (RADWIN / Cambium), Tower Climbing & Safety training.

FTTH Installation Engineer:

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Electronics, Telecom, Electrical, or related field.

• 0–2 years experience in fiber optic network installation – freshers can apply.

• Hands-on knowledge of fiber splicing, termination, and testing.

• Understanding of ONT/OLT setup and network troubleshooting.

• Willing to travel and perform fieldwork at customer sites.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (depending on profile and experience)
