Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Executive with expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV systems (NVR/DVR), and IP configurations. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations for our clients' IT and surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for CCTV systems (NVR/DVR), networking devices (routers, switches), and IP configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IP cameras, network connectivity, and remote access.

Assist in IP address allocation, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.

Configure and maintain network devices, routers, and firewalls.

Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues in CCTV and IT systems.

Guide customers remotely or on-site for system installations and maintenance.

Maintain documentation of technical issues and solutions.

Collaborate with the senior team for network security and system upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience in support, networking, or CCTV technical support.

Strong knowledge of:

CCTV systems (NVR, DVR, IP cameras,)

Networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, IP addressing)

Remote desktop support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)

Familiarity with TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN configurations.

Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues.

Good communication skills for customer support.

Certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CCTV-related courses (preferred but not mandatory).

Knowledge of Wi-Fi configurations and signal troubleshooting.
