Job Summary:
The NOC Support Executive is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the health of the organization’s IT infrastructure and network systems. This role involves real-time system surveillance, responding to alerts, escalating issues, and ensuring maximum network uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network systems using tools like Zabbix and Motadata.
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers or relevant departments.
• Respond to alerts and take corrective action to prevent service disruptions.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of network status and incidents.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in IT support, NOC operations, or system/network monitoring.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, etc.).
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night and weekend shifts.
• Weekly off on any day of the week (not fixed), based on shift rotation.
• Vehicle required for commuting due to shift timings.
