On-Site Installation & Support
Install and configure routers, switches, access points, Wi-Fi networks, CCTV, and IT hardware.
Perform structured cabling (LAN, Fiber, terminations, patch panels).
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
🔹 Network Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Diagnose network issues such as downtime, slow connectivity, configuration errors, and device failures.
Configure basic network settings (IP addressing, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, routing rules).
Test network performance and document issues/resolutions.
🔹 Customer / User Support
Provide on-site technical support to end-users and clients.
Explain work performed and guide customers on basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with remote NOC/IT team for escalations.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting
Maintain visit logs, job sheets, configuration records, and installation reports.
Update asset records, installation details, and maintenance schedules.
🔹 Preventive Maintenance
Conduct routine audits of networking devices and IT equipment.
Ensure systems, cables, and network points are functioning and compliant with standards.
