Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Hardware & Networking Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, configuring network setups, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and network devices.

• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose hardware or software faults.

• Perform regular system upgrades, security patches, and backups.

• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

• Manage user accounts, email configuration, and system access control.

• Support IT assets management inventory of hardware, licenses, and accessories.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.

• Assist in server and LAN/WAN setup, firewall configuration, and network cabling.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN).

• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and antivirus management.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
