Manage data backup and ensure disaster recovery procedures.
Protect the network from unauthorized access, malware attacks, and cyber threats.
Regularly update security patches and monitor suspicious activities.
Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees.
Resolve daily service requests (email issues, login problems, system slowness, printing errors, etc.).
Document issues and solutions in the IT helpdesk system.
Use monitoring tools to track server and network health.
Respond to alerts proactively to avoid downtime.
Perform performance tuning and optimization.
Install licensed software, antivirus, VPN tools, and enterprise applications.
Configure email accounts (Outlook, Gmail, etc.).
Assist in ERP, CRM, or cloud-based application support.
Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT accessories.
Keep records of warranty, AMC, and vendor service history.
Recommend hardware upgrades or procurement.
Prepare configuration documents, network diagrams, and SOPs.
Maintain logs of IT support activities and repairs.
Provide periodic reports to management on system health and IT performance.
