We are seeking a motivated IT Technician Intern to support our IT team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading hardware, software, and network systems. This role will provide hands-on experience in IT support and infrastructure management while ensuring smooth daily technical operations.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assist in installing, configuring, and upgrading computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, application problems, and connectivity issues.
Support in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.
Assist with system backups, antivirus updates, and security checks.
Set up user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions as guided by IT team.
Support in maintaining LAN, Wi-Fi, and other network systems.
Document troubleshooting processes, solutions, and user guides for common issues.
Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing projects and upgrades.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and troubleshooting methods.
Understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and basic IT infrastructure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
