IT Support

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team. You will be the go-to person for all IT support needs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high system availability.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal users (onsite and remote)

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure and systems

• Install and configure hardware and software

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory, etc.)

• Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed

• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and productivity tools

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
