Role Overview:

We are hiring a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join our team during US shift hours. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 6 months of experience, preferably through internships or hands-on training. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our VICIdial system, resolving technical issues, and assisting with network and server maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support during night shifts aligned to US operations

• Monitor and troubleshoot VICIdial dialer systems and VoIP setups

• Assist users with login, campaign, and connectivity-related issues

• Perform basic Linux-based system maintenance and monitoring

• Troubleshoot issues related to LAN/WAN, VoIP, and bandwidth

• Maintain shift logs and report technical activities

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless IT operations

Candidate Requirements:

• 0 to 6 months of experience (internship, training, or project-based work)

• Basic understanding of networking, IP addressing, and IT troubleshooting

• Familiarity with Linux commands and server handling basics

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Willingness to work night shifts (US hours)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational background in IT (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or relevant diploma)

• Exposure to VICIdial (preferred but not mandatory)

• Certifications in Networking (CCNA), Linux, or VoIP are a plus
