Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
Create and update training material
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Maintain training records and reports
Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness

Technical expertise: High proficiency in data science tools and techniques, including machine learning, data analysis, statistical modeling, and programming languages like Python, R, and SQL etc.
Communication skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively teach complex topics.
Instructional skills: Ability to design and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions.
Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to help students overcome challenges.
Mentorship ability: Capacity to guide and motivate learners.
