We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure, and users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, maintaining system security, and providing technical support to staff across departments.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
Monitor and maintain network performance, internet connectivity, and data security.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT assets.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.
Install and update software, operating systems, and security patches.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and accessories.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
Implement and follow IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and compliance requirements.
Assist in IT-related projects, upgrades, and new technology implementations.
Prepare and maintain documentation of systems, network configurations, and IT support logs.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with MS Office, email setup, antivirus tools, and data backup systems.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure).
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection best practices.
