Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networks, and related hardware/software.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

• Ensure data backups are completed regularly and systems are secure.

• Administer network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, software licenses, and support services.

• Maintain documentation related to configurations, procedures, and service records.

• Participate in IT projects and implement upgrades or new systems as required.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, network infrastructure, and security protocols
