We are looking for a skilled Website Developer who can also provide reliable Application Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications.
Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
Work with CMS platforms (WordPress / Shopify / custom CMS) to create and update website pages.
Optimize website performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO compliance.
Troubleshoot website bugs, UI issues, plugin conflicts, API connections, and integration errors.
Implement updates, new features, and enhancements as required.
Work on website design, landing pages and UX/UI elements
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for internal applications and systems.
Troubleshoot user issues, system errors, integration failures, and configuration problems.
Monitor application performance and escalate issues as necessary to the development team.
Maintain logs, documentation, and ticket updates with clear and grammatically correct English.
Assist in software rollouts, updates, testing, and user training.
Strong front-end development skills (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular preferred).
Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).
Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and web services.
Good understanding of hosting environments, DNS, SSL, and deployment workflows.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to manage multiple tickets and tasks with high accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or customer-support environments.
Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Experience with application monitoring tools and basic networking knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with good documentation habits.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Customer-focused and able to explain technical information in simple English.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is above Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
