Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective support to employees and stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, backups, and security checks.
- User Account Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts, as well as manage access permissions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), hardware, software, and network fundamentals.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
- Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
