Key Responsibilities:
1. Installation & Setup:
Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, routers, etc.
Set up workstations and related hardware for employees.
2. Maintenance & Support:
Regularly check and maintain systems and hardware.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
3. Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve hardware-related issues.
Replace or repair faulty equipment and components.
4. Networking Support:
Support LAN/WAN setup and configuration.
Ensure smooth internet and network connectivity.
5. System Upgrades:
Recommend and perform hardware upgrades.
Ensure compatibility of hardware with software.
6. Inventory Management:
Track and manage IT hardware inventory.
