Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Setup and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software.
Provide technical support to users on-site and remotely.
Assist in managing local networks, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Ensure data backup and system security operations (antivirus, firewalls, etc.).
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement or repair.
